2022 Wisconsin Austin Healey Club/ MG3 Joint Spring Roll…
Join us as we enjoy Spring driving fun mixed with some vintage racing history!
On May 21st we’ll cruise the shores of Lake Michigan, starting in Mequon, going through Port Washington, and on to Elkhart Lake. These roads are lightly travelled, passing through scenic farm country in Ozaukee County. Perfect for our first joint club drive of 2022.
Entering Elkhart Lake, we’ll drive the 1951/1952 Historic Road course (not the track!), then head over to Quit-Qui-Oc Golf Club for lunch (estimate ~ 11:30am).
During lunch, Clyde Morter and John Calhoun of the Elkhart Lake Historic Race Circuits Preservation Society will tell us about Elkhart Lake’s history in road racing.
After lunch, we plan to go to the Vintage Races at Road America. Or, as an alternative, some can choose to visit ThrottleStop in Elkhart Lake… a museum and dealership of vintage cars.

Drive time from Virmond Park to Elkhart Lake: approximately 1-1/2 hours
Pit Stops (refuel, rest stop) can be made in either Port Washington or Fredonia.
As a bonus, we’re going to offer the first 25 people to register a decal commemorating our event. A $10 contribution is requested to defray the cost of this classic item.
