1979 MGB For Sale
The best laid plans . . .

When I found my ’79 MGB three-and-a-half years ago, I was excited and very much looking forward to road rallies, shows, and getting to know other British car enthusiasts. But life’s course has a way of taking us in different directions. As a result, my seldom-driven MGB has mostly sat, stored safely in my garage. My MGB needs a new mate, someone who has the time and devotion it deserves!

The car is in very good condition. Solid chassis, no rust. Good tread on the tires. Since I acquired it in 2022, it has a new vinyl tan bonnet and studs, new cooling fan sensor, rebuilt transmission, new battery, new rod bearings, brake hoses, and weber single carburetor. Odometer reads 41, 450. Asking $7,200.

Cache of LBC Parts

Dione Anderson has a cache pf parts for LBCs. Dione and her husband Dave were long time members of several British car clubs around Milwaukee, including the MG3 Club.  Dave had an MGB and several other LBCs over the years.  Dave passed a couple of years back. He and Dione were able to disperse his collection of 9 LBCs, but a large collection of parts remain.  

Dione is not looking to make big money selling these parts – more interested in them getting to new owners that will put them to good use.  So reasonable offers are of interest.  The collection consists of some new parts (carpet kits, convertible tops, etc.), but are mostly items that Dave felt had value and would be usable maintaining his car collection (wheels, fenders, doors, gauges, carbs, etc.)
