This event will test your skills of navigation and teamwork, while also promoting camaraderie among members. Due to the nature of the rally, we’ll need a 5 car minimum and there will be a $5 entry fee. The best hand will win money, and the club will buy the first round and appetizers at the final destination.

Here’s how it will work:

1. We’ll meet up October 21^st at 10:00AM at a spot that will be only disclosed to participants.  From there, we’ll distribute the route maps with designated checkpoints.
2. At each checkpoint, you’ll draw a playing card at random. The goal is to collect the best 5 card poker hand by the end of the run.
3. The scenic route we’ve planned will take us hither and yon. 
4. Once we’ve completed the route and collected our cards, we’ll reconvene at the final destination for lunch, a chance to buy a wild card, and then to play your poker hand. And of course to socialize and discuss our adventures.
5. Now, we know we’ve had a great year full of fantastic drives and gatherings, but the “Poker Run” promises to be a unique experience, and we encourage each of you to participate. It’s not just about the cards; it’s about enjoying our MGs one last time before the winter season sets in.
6. But there’s more – we’ll have some fantastic prizes for the best poker hands, as well as a few surprises along the way. So, make sure you come prepared with a sense of adventure and a full tank of gas!
