This year’s Gala Dinner is Saturday, April 23. Arrive 5:30pm, sit-down dinner served 6:30pm. It will again be held at the Delafield Brew Haus, 3832 Hillside Drive, Delafield (East of Hwy. 83 on Hillside Dr., the service road on the south side of  I-94). We will have the private room in the lower level.

Dinner choices are:

Chicken Roquefort:

       Chicken breast with a ham and bleu cheese fondue sauce, served with rice pilaf and broccolini. $31

Rosemary Marinated Pork Loin 

          Herb roasted pork loin with a pomegranate demi-glace, served red roasted potato and broccolini. $31

Steak Au Poivre

         Pepper crusted New York strip with a brandy peppercorn sauce, served with sour cream chive mashed potatoes and broccolini. $42

 All dinners include a tossed green salad, roll, coffee, tea or milk.
