Saturday, January 26, 2019 is the date set for MG3’s Annual General Meeting & Dinner. All MG3 club members are invited to attend this gathering, traditionally the club’s largest social event.

What: Social Mixer, Auction Item Review and Dinner – 5:00 – 7:00 PM
Annual Meeting and Election of Officers – 7:00 – 7:30 PM
Club Fund Raising Auction – 7:30 – 8:30 PM
Appetizers, served during the reception, are complimentary, with dinner to follow at 6:00. Food will be served to the tables Family-style, so diners may help themselves to any or all items served.

1. Make Your Reservation As Soon As Possible – Drop Dead is January 19, 2019,
Dinner is pre-paid – $25 per person, payable to: MG3 care of Ron Willman, 1971 Sunnyside Dr, Waukesha, WI 53186. Include name(s) of attendees. Reserve no later than January 19 so Ron can provide a count and cost to the venue.
2. Prepare for the Club Fund Raising Auction
The only fund raising event for the club is our auction held annually at the Gala Dinner. After club expenses, many of these funds go back to club members through subsidizing the cost of the meal at the Gala Dinner, hors d’oeuvres at the B&B, etc.
Members are encouraged to donate items for the auction which should be brought to Maggiano’s the evening of the Gala, Be sure to include a description card, with donor’s name, to display with your item.
If you wish to pay 2019 club dues with your payment for the Gala Dinner, please do so with a SEPARATE check, or, with cash (which must include a note with the member’s name). Dues may also be paid to Ron at the Gala Dinner.
